Why the routine matters more than the syllabus
Two institutes can publish nearly the same syllabus and produce completely different students. The difference is what happens daily: whether work is checked, whether doubts are answered individually, and whether anybody notices when a student falls behind.
Homework is checked, not collected
Assignments come back with specific correction. If your ad copy is weak, you are told why. If your audience targeting does not match your offer, that gets explained. In a batch of eight to ten, this is possible. In a batch of forty, it is not.
One-on-one doubt solving
Beginners get stuck on small things that stop everything: a rejected ad, a tracking tag that will not fire, an export setting. These are the moments where most self-learners quit. Having someone to ask in the room is the entire value of offline learning.
Tests, revision and the final exam
Regular tests exist to force revision, not to grade people. The final exam at the end of 121 days is assessed along with attendance and assignment scores, under criteria explained before the batch begins.
It is serious, but it is not joyless
There are chocolate rewards, group activities and student outings. Beginners stay consistent when the room feels welcoming. The discipline is in the work, not in the atmosphere.
