Quick Answer
A course that ends with a certificate and nothing else has not finished its job. At MaxLeadz Institute of Digital Marketing the target is simple: the student should be able to run real work and get paid for it. Placement assistance, first-client direction and portfolio building exist for that reason.
The problem with certificate-first training
Thousands of students in Gujarat hold a digital marketing certificate and cannot open Ads Manager confidently. The certificate proved attendance, not capability. Employers in Surat have noticed, which is why a portfolio now opens more doors than a certificate does.
What we mean by earning support
It means portfolio pieces an employer can inspect, practice explaining campaign decisions out loud, resume and interview preparation, a first-client roadmap with pitch structure and pricing, and outreach practice on LinkedIn, Upwork and Fiverr. It is structured help, not a promise.
What we will not say
We will not guarantee a salary figure. We do not control hiring decisions, client budgets or the market. Any institute that guarantees a number is either hiding conditions in the fine print or is not being straight with you. Parents especially deserve that clarity before paying.
The student side of the deal
This only works if the student attends offline, finishes homework, builds proof and actually sends the outreach messages. Students who skip that part do not get the same result, and we say so openly during counselling instead of after admission.
How we know it works
The clearest signal is students who started handling ads and social media for real clients while still in the program. Not every student does that. But the ones who follow the process consistently are the ones who do.
